In addition to our Extended Parts and Labor Warranties (mentioned above), we also provide heating and air conditioning equipment, as well as certain other equipments with a:
- No-Lemon Guarantee – If upon startup, your system fails because of a major component (eg. compressor, heat exchanger, coil leak), we will replace that unit at no charge. Also, should your system require 3 or more repairs within the first year of operation, we will install a new unit at no cost to you.
- Performance Guarantee – Your system will be installed and perform as per manufacturer’s specifications and recommendations upon startup. A substitute system will be installed at no charge, should it not perform accordingly.
- Money-Back Guarantee – Within the first year of operation, if you are unsatisfied with our service or operation of your system, we will make unlimited attempts to rectify or replace the unit. If you are still not satisfied, we will refund 100% of your investment upon request.
- Value Guarantee – If you find the exact same system, accessories, quality installation, guarantees, and warranties for less (with a written quote), within 30 days of your purchase, we will refund you the difference.
- Low-Price Guarantee – We love to compare our pricing and quality of equipment and installation with our competition. Before purchasing, if you find the same or similar equipment, installation, accessories, guarantees, and warranties, we will beat that price by $100. (A written quote must be provided.)

- Are warranties transferable if I move? Yes, in most cases. Our goal is for you to be able to recoup some or all of your investment, should you move. (See individual warranties for details.)
- What are the owner’s responsibilities to maintain the warranties? Some warranties require annual or semi-annual maintenance, per the manufacturer’s recommendations. (See individual warranties for details.)

2-Year Warranties
If you are not satisfied with Parker & Sons and/or your new system for any reason within 2 years of installation, Parker & Sons will make unlimited attempts to resolve the issue -- up to and including -- removing your new system and refunding 100% of the purchase price.
No, homeowners are not able to transfer a 2-year warranty. However, if you expect to want to transfer your warranty, consider a Lifetime Warranty, which is transferable.
- Operate equipment in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions and maintain items normally to be periodically replaced by the equipment owner during the product life such as filters, UV lamps, humidifier pads, batteries, and other items as listed in the owner’s use and care manual.
- Annual, routine maintenance must be performed by a qualified service provider. Annual maintenance is necessary on your system(s) and can be performed by any qualified service company. Failure to perform annual maintenance or improperly performed maintenance voids the Lifetime warranty. Parker & Sons assumes no responsibility for repairs made by unauthorized service providers.
- Report all service issues promptly. Services and repairs to equipment not covered by a Parker & Son’s warranty are the responsibility of the owner.
Lifetime Warranties

Lifetime warranties are transferable to new owners should you sell your property. To transfer a Lifetime warranty, mail a written request (identifying the new owner), a copy of the original receipt or work order, and a transfer fee of $250.00 to Parker & Sons, 3636 E Anne St, Suite A, Phoenix, AZ 85040.
